Here At Jackie Robinson

my name is Lashay and I attend jackie robinson recreation center for the summer youth employment programn. Jackie robinson is a warm welcoming enviorment for children of all ages, when im here I feel safe as if it is my home away from home. My position here is clerical, i make sure that every signs in on time and make sure the time cards are correct. All in all i love my job and I hope to be back next year

It's Me Adrienne from Jackie Robinson Recreation Center. I would like for everyone to know what an excellent job My Summer Youth Teenagers are doing in the CRC room. We have a lot of talented teenagers in this group and I will do my best to make their stay in J-Rob CRC a memorable one.

What i can tell you about myself is that i am fifteen years old and working in the summer youth program at Jackie Roberson park.I love basketball and i play in a lead in inwood park.When i am bored and have nothing to do things with my friends and sometimes chill with my girlfriend. I love to eat steak with white rice and a salid on the side, last i hate when i give people respect an they disrepect me.

My name is Katrina and i am 15 years old. i am a very outgoing person who is very nice to others. i never was a problem child, mostly quiet when i'm in a new enviorment with strangers. but once you get to know me i become a clown. i have all my friends dying when we are all together. i was so happy when i got accepted for summer youth because i love to work. it's not just the money it the experience that i take from this. im not all about living in the now i live for the future so all i do now i do because i want to better my future. i find myself acting too mature for my age which i hate because i dont want to get old but it s also a good thing because i know what to do when i get put in wierd situations.i know i going to be something when i grow up and i know i got my plans for my life. i know i am going to have a good time this summer and i hope that everyone enjoys me being here.

Candice McFarlane

My name is Candice McFarlane and I am currently a junior at Harry S Truman HS. I am 16 years of age and an inspiring Computer Technican. I am proud to say that I work at Jackie Robinson Recreation Center for the Summer Youth Program held hear. I enjoy working hear and appreicate the oppurtunity for being one of the few accepted. I have learned some valuble skills such as clerical, security and maintenace and have meet many new friends and leasons. I love to play tennis, which I been playing since I was 5 years old along with my sister at the age of 9. My father Jeffrey McFarlane has taught some serious leasons about the game and about life. First that their are always rules that you need to follow and respect. Second to never let your graud down and to never give up. My father is the best man possible. My mother Olive McFarlane has also taught me life leasons too. To always repect your self and others. Pay attention at school and look forward to the future. Also to my older sister Kimberley I love you and you will always be my best friend. I enjoy my life and the troubles that come along the way because I know thier will be a better ending.

Hi my is Joshua, I'm 15 and I work a Jackie Robinson. It a fun place to work and have fun. You can go swiming for all you swimers, a weight room all of you that like lifting weights, But when you work he u can become a free member in do fun worshops and different jobs. So come on by and have some fun for the summer, get out of the house and do something this because time what's for nobody .
